The Company understands that qualified Human Resources are key factor in achieving Company’s success. Therefore, the Company is committed to prepare and manage Human Resource Management program that can optimize Human Resource in order to achieve business purposes.
Therefore, the Company tries to manage exciting and challenging programs and work environment so the employees would be continuously challenged to excel and improve their qualities.
The human resource development’s programs has been done through several ways such as internal and external trainings, seminars, scholarship offerings, on the job trainings, comparison study, rotation and mutation. In 2014, 380 training and seminar programs attended by various departments.
In 2014, The Company employed 1,018 permanent and non-permanent employees, distributed in several projects. Below is the configuration of employees according to their educations and positions.
